Little sister to big brother Edgewater, Parkview Home adjoins Edgewater Home and is located just feet from the waters edge. You will find Parkview home surrounded by a grassy lawn lined with luscious woodland ferns and a delicate perennial flower bed planted by Chester Robertson (husband of Joyce, founders of Robertson’s Cottages) himself. There is a large wood deck at the front entrance and a screened in porch at the rear which overlooks Parkview’s private dock and Sawyer Harbor. Inside you will find 3 bedrooms furnished with interesting antiques. Adjoining the fully furnished kitchen is a unique southern style breakfast nook with views that overlook the harbor and surrounding woods and a baby blue bathroom with a clawfoot tub and shower and an antique pedestal sink. The spacious and cozy living room is finished in cypress paneling and has a Tudor style fireplace for cool evenings, rainy days or relaxing evenings with your closest loved ones.
