The charming cottage adjoins Edgewater Home. A grassy lawn area surrounds it, with a sheltered deck at the rear and a private grass dock at the front. Three separated bedrooms, each furnished with distinctive antiques. The front bedroom, just a few feet from the water's edge is furnished with an early 1800s brass and mahogany set, brought from France by the original Cabot family. The middle bedroom has a massive birds-eye maple armoire and dresser. The rear bedroom, with an outside entrance, has an art deco set from the 1920s.

Other favorite features are a breakfast nook over looking the harbor, a large bath with antique pedestal lavatory, footed bathtub and shower. A cozy living room, paneled in cypress and Tudor style fireplace, with a spectacular view of the activities in the harbor.
