Cottages

Robertson's Cottages are nestled on a slender, little peninsula called Idlewild. In this wooded setting, at the end of a quiet road, our family has welcomed guests since the 1930's.

The cottages have all the amenities a country cottage needs. Each cottage has a TV/DVD, gas range, refrigerator, microwave, completely furnished kitchen, plenty of blankets and pillows, Weber grills, comfortable furniture and showers. In addition, all water-sports and non-motorized watercraft are included.

All of the mainland cottages share a safe sandy beach, sandbox, playground equipment, tether ball court, swim-raft, sailboats and bicycles. We also have paddle boats and canoes for guest use. With a spacious permanent pier (8' X 120'), protected moorings with finger piers and boat slips, Robertson's is a great location for the boat lover. Fishing boats and motor boats are available for rent. Unparalleled fishing during the fall and spring is all around us. Fishing from the dock is always great fun, even for the youngest guest.

Rates

For 2013 our peak vacation season rates are $800 per week for our Waterfront and Island Cottages, and $700 per week for the Mainland Cottages. Our peak season runs from the first Saturday in June, through Labor Day weekend. Cottages are typically rented on a weekly Saturday to Saturday basis during the peak season.

Our pre-season and post-season weekly rates are $100 less per week ($700 and $600) than our peak season rates. During the pre-season and post-season, cottages can be rented on a daily basis for a minimum stay of two (2) days at the rate of $125 per day.
